I received multiple approaches to fixing the isssues, and Bedrock fixed the original problem, versus trying to sell me unneeded methods or "upselling".
Bedrock crews were on time, were extremely courteous, helpful, and explained everything prior to beginning work and after the repairs. Would call them again.

Very honest man and good job done in timley manner and priced $1000 less than the other company. he did not try to scare or sell me more than needed to stop the problem from getting worse, beware of the high presure profesoinal salesmen from the other company. I highly recomend Jim Burns and Bedrock.
