The owner was knowledgeable about water intrusion and how to prevent it. However, we would have had to deal with my condo's HOA and I don't think he was comfortable doing that. I decided not to have the work done, so cannot rate that aspect. If I decide to go ahead with the project, I will use Tremor Ready, Inc, because I think they are honest and experienced.
