Called me back within 30 mins of my inquiry. After a cordial meeting over the phone and a full understanding of what my concerns were, and stating clearly what it would cost me, he arrived less than 24 hours later. He was a very nice gentleman and he got right to work. He was complete in his imspection related to my concerns and not only explained the problem but also had the right tools to present a slide show of my house and the areas that needed addressing. He's his own man, not there to promote any contractor and I have since called him again to address other areas of concern related to the foundation of my 100+ year old house.
