Inspect a Home in 48034

This was my first experience with home inspection. Maybe the inspector was really good and fast, but I got the feeling that the service is way overpriced for the amount of time spent. The inspector finished the inspection in under 1 and a half hours. Its hard for me to justify a payment of $300 for the service. Don't get me wrong. I don't have anything against the inspection itself. I think the inspector did a good job (from what I know) and was also very good and courteous to talk too.
