Advanced Radon Services (Forrest Cooper) was terrific. Good equipment, courteous, very knowledgeable and explained things in detail. Offered insight into radon and the conditions that existed related to its presence. This lead me to understand drainage problems I need to address. Absolutely no pressure to work with ARS, just expert information. Highly recommended.

We are actually still waiting for lab, but, He's the second of two very different ways one could go about customer satisfaction. He was easy to get night or day, actually listened to me about my worries....Even if I am wrong and nothing is there, he'll find that out!
The other bone head looked and was prepared for swab or tape cultures, but I suspect had no capacity to even test air in a place. I told him....I KNOW YOU DO NOT THINK ITS NECESSARY>>>BUT I DO>....He told me his ethics would not allow the fee. Well.....Maurice Lloyd is the guy to also deal with the person perhaps on edge being in 'bad air' in first place. I
