John is very knowledgeable. He is also very honest. When I handed him a check for the balance, he advised me that my total was of by about $600.00. It turned out that the estimate was for full retail of all components quoted and that if I got all, there would be a sizeable discount. I had forgotten about discount. He could have taken my check the way it was written, said nothing and I would have been very satisfied, Instead, he had me make out new chech for $600.00 less....that's honest. System itself works great. It was well thought out and installed very quickly and neatly. I would highly recommend Aliance to anyone I meet that n
