Kevin is the inspector. Frankly speaking, he did quite a straightforward job. But the problem is he never tried to explain what he found to us first and only answered what we asked. He was so smart and try to avoid as much inspection work as possible. For example, he didn't check the sump pump because it is covered. Come on, every sump pump is covered. And even when he found some moisture mark around chimney in the attic, he refused to climb in the attic for closer look only because the attic is insulated and it may be risky for him to walk inside.
My personal experience shows they are not as good as what I expected based on the rating here
