The good. The installer did a nice install. Still to early to tell if the radon rating has gone down yet until the testing comes back.
The bad. My own dumb fault. I negotiated a price over the phone without getting the persons name. When the install was completed, the bill did not reflect the price I negotiated. Upon calling them, they state they had no record of the new price. They did match another company's quote however, but it was still higher then I planned.
Get everything in writing!
