James, I'm very pleased with your work and service. I'm still not sure about the noise created by having the cold air return go directly into the furnace. I'm trying it out for a few weeks. I hope you would be willing to close it up if I feel there's a problem at that point.

Great experience. Called with a pressing need for a repair to a radiant heating system and got a call back immediately. They were able to troubleshoot the problem over the phone and advise me of steps to take until they could arrive to complete the repair. It also allowed them to arrive with the parts needed to take care of the problem on the spot! Cost for the repair matched the estimate I was given over the phone. An added bonus: this is a small family-owned business, which means you aren’t going to get a different technician every time you call for a repair or service. I would absolutely use them again.
