Serviceman arrived on time and was well presented. During the service visit, I never felt as if he were rushing to get out, and he respected my time accordingly. He also worked on Saturday to get my unit working. However, he seemed to be unsure as to how to fix the problem, and could not determine how to correctly install or connect the replacement parts. I wound up helping a significant amount in the repair. Also, while the expected costs were not explained; I had to ask about the evaluation charge, and was surprised by the overall cost of the visit, especially given my own participation in the repair.

I liked that they are working with the client until the problem is fixed and do not charge anything extra and I think their service fee is fair. We will hire them again.
