I received a call back almost imediately from Lou Who Contracting. After dicussing my situation the owner offered to accompany his service tech to my home at no charge for the diagnostic call. It turned out that I did not need new heat pumps only a service call. I highly reccommend this contractor to anyone. Two words sum up these folks, honesty and integrity!!
