TDH replaced our 40 year old 60% efficient furnace with a new 95% AFUE Goodman model with 10
year warranty. I found Tim Hancz, owner, who provided the price quotation & coordinated communication, very easy to work with, quickly replying to e-mail messages and phone calls. His crew executed a very professional looking installation and left the worksite neat and clean. While I occasionally found the crew a bit difficult to understand due to our divergent accents, they were equally easy to work with, answering questions and making adjustments as requested.

Install a Natural Gas, Propane or Electric Fired Boiler or Radiator Heating System in 60640
They are very attentive. The job took longer than expected, but when you live in a 116 year old building, that happens. The boiler works great and the guys worked long hours to get the boiler up and running. They cleaned up after themselves and took all the trash away. We are very pleased.
We were told to call anytime if anything didn't seem right.

Great service, Greg came out personally to bid the project on a new furnace. Took the time needed to explain my options. They showed up on time and did a professional installation. They cleaned up after themselves. A top notch job, we were very pleased. I would recommend them to anyone. When the time is right we will have them do our A/C unit.
