this is the 2nd time rick has done a project for me. i have found them to be honest & personable and would have no problems suggesting them to friends or hiring them again for another project. this project was a gas water heater replacement. the tank began leaking appx dec 4 2009 and they replaced it swiftly on dec 7th.

I was very happy with service and happy with prompt time of calling me back. I needed to repair the water heater on Thandsgiving day, and he called me back on the night of Thanksgiving and came out the next day and did the repair. Initially, I was concerned about it being the holiday and the cost but he did the work at a fair price.

I hired Rick at Gas Service of Merrimack to perform a routine maintenance check on my gas furnace. I think I can sum it up best as - I felt comfortable with Rick's service. Homeowners frequently can't get that though out of thier minds that "this guy is going to rip me off." I never felt that way with Rick. He was prompt, professoinal and the best part - was willing to educate me about the furnace he was servicing for me. Last point - another company quoted over $300 to inspect the system alone - Rick inspected it and made some minor adjustments for less than $100. I'll be sure to call them again for my next service. Thanks!
