The technician came over and diagnosed my problem for free. He worked on finding me an aftermarket part that was 1/2 the cost. The service tech was on time, professional and did an outstanding job fixing the problem with my gas fireplace. He will get more of my business when I put a new furnace in this coming spring. Excellent vendor!!!
