Install or Replace a Heat Pump in 16052
The owner, Bill Kennihan, who gives the estimate and sets up everything is outstanding. First rate, first class, and knows what he is talking about. The installation process went well once the dates were determined. There was a little miss communication at first, but there had been a death in the owner's family and things were up in the air for them at this time. They still made getting to my installation a priority. The initial work was a little "untidy" at first (hanging wires, insulation not neat), but the senior installer saw this and came back an additional day to make sure that everything was "cleaned up" to a higher standard.
