Friendly, very polite and very thorough. They inspected and cleaned our chimney a few weeks ago. Earle explained some ot the things he was doing. Very nice guy. They did not rush and answered all my questions. We needed work on the top of our chimney and they came back today to do the work. So far so good. Chris who is here today is very nice. Explaned to me what caused the damage to the crown of the chimney. I will rate their work today when they have completed the job.
