Mr. Megilligan was prompt, professional and consistently interested in my opinions and desires. While this was an unexpected and time critical call, he spent the time to make sure I knew what was going on and that I made the choices that were right for ME. He gave me options that I believe other service people would not. The product, installation and price were all reasonable.
In the end, I had a replacement unit that services our needs nicely within the same day. It doesn't get much better than that!
