I liked how prompt the service was in scheduling the appointment for the estimate. Rick was on time and very willing to educate me about basement repair options. He did not push the most expensive repair, he advised a moderate approach, with a wait and see how a less aggressive repair works before we proceed with a costly job that is not necessary.
