Very neat and clean, flexible with unexpected repairs during jobs, and crew works hard and professional.
Only issue was on one occasion his guys didn't show up, on two occasions he was late for meeting with me and he was also the highest bidder but was more specific on estimate and contract.
If it wasn't for the above paragraph I would rate him very good.
He did what was expected and on two occasions he went out of his with unexpected repairs.
I've re-hired him to do another job.

LEFT A MESSAGE FOR PCC,PROMPTLY GOT A CALL BACK.SAME DAY CAME TO MY HOUSE.NEGOTIATED A PRICE FOR THE PROJECT WHICH I THOUGHT WAS FAIR AND JUST.
THE OWNER WAS VERY POLITE,HUMBLE AND CURTEOUS.THE WORK WAS PROMISED FOR SATURDAY AM.CALLED THE NIGHT BEFORE TO CONFIRM.SATURDAY @ 8.20 AM THE CREW WAS AT MY HOME.THE WHOLE PROJECT WAS DONE IN ABOUT 7 HOURS EFFICIENTLY AND THOROUGHLY.I AM VERY PLEASED WITH THE WORK AND THE COMPANY STAFF.
