Called for a job with very little notice. Len came early and was very thorough and efficient. His prices were very reasonable. He removed almost all of the stains in my carpet. Will definitely call Rainbow Intl. again.

The work that they did at my home was incredible. Their attention to detail was impressive, and would recommend their services to anyone. The owners were also personable, which made them easy to talk to. The reason for the -1 star is that their initial consultation, where they visited and estimated the cost of the job, was a bit rushed and confusing. I had to call them back to have them clarify the charges, which they fixed right away, but I don't feel that it should have come to that. Also, because the consult was unclear, the workers showed up an hour early for the job!
