I was impressed by her commitment to customer satisfaction. However, I don't think the products she was using were up to the task. I needed a heavy cleaning after moving into a new house, and there were lots of things left undone or inadequately cleaned. I was able to do a better job on my own in less time. I like the idea of "green" cleaning products, but my project needed a real blasting with chemicals.

No Moe Mess was able to get our carpets cleaned the day before the furniture arrived with very little notice. Very prompt, courteous and accomodating. Will use again!
