He called me right after I expressed interest in his services. He also came to our house and gave us a free estimate for the job within a week. He followed through with everything we asked. The only negatives were that the project took a few hours longer than he expected and he left our yard a little messier than I had hoped. However, I would definitely use him again. I appreciated his professionalism and thoroughness with the job.

4 stars for responsiveness and helpfulness. I didn't use them because after the estimated the job and examined the situation, took measurements, etc. They determined it was a much bigger job than they were equipped to handle. It turned out that they were very much right. They are a two man operation and the people who are working on it now have been at it for over a week and have required up to 5 men at times removing about a foot deep of gravel from my yard along with lots of other material I didn't even know was under all the gravel. I appreciate that Pioneer looked at the site twice and gave me such a careful and thorough evaluation.
