Customer responce time was excellent. Was on time for appointment. The carpet was OLD but the cleaning crew was able to get the carpet very clean.The cleaning crew was friendly, and professional with information on different cleaning systems for my carpet needs. The price quote was accurate, with NO hidden extras. I feel this company deserves it!s (5) star rating.

I was very pleased with the service I received from Platinum Floor Care. They arrived to give me an estimate at the scheduled time which was within an hour of talking to them. I needed to have an expensive persian rug cleaned. Joe was very professional and I ended up getting an additional rug cleaned too. He returned both rugs the next day, and they looked good as new. I would definitely use them again.
