The owner, Melissa, was very professional and friendly and her rates were terrific. On the downside, her employees seemed quite inexperienced. A few times I had to go behind and ask for things to be re-done. Also, there were two items broken, one a ceramic item made by my daughter. It was somewhat precarious on the shelf, but obiviously so, others have cleaned the area w/o incident. The other was an accident that was unavoidable and the item was not valuable. Melissa did offer to pay for the items, but there really was no way for me to judge that value. The ladies were all friendly and receptive to my suggestions. Pretty good over all.

We were very pleased with Mom's Helping Hand . They were able to help us on short notice. They also did extra work - windows - that I had not originally told them about without having to scedule another time to come back.
I appreciate the timeliness of their service and the quality of their work.

They did a lot of work in a short time. My only complaint is, at the end they were rushing to get to another job and my floors weren't as clean as I would have liked.
