This was a post construction clean-up in a three story townhouse. They arrived with about seven people, which I think was too many since there was no way they could all be supervised properly. Some of the workers had been with Courteous for some time, others were recent part-timers. Some were very diligent and competent, others less so. But on the whole the house was well cleaned, although given the mess at the beginning, I would have to say they did a good job, even if a few bits and pieces were left undone. Mr Benjamin is extremely concerned to do a good job, and did some extra trash removal which I deeply appreciated.

I traveled to New Hampshire from Arizona to rent our condominium. The tenant who moved out said she had hired a service to do a light cleaning, but she had done no such thing. When I arrived on Saturday, the condo was a disaster. Since I had appointments to show Sunday morning, I desperately needed a cleaning service, and time was critical. Kathy called me within 2 minutes of my calling Service Magic, and within an hour and a half she was at my condo cleaning. On a Saturday, no less! She was VERY professional, reasonably priced, and did an OUTSTANDING job. I will never hire anyone else from now on. Do yourself a favor and call her first.
