Pedro and his crew did an excellent job of making the house move in clean. They were very accomodating in performing the job in a time frame we had to work with. Even though it was rather warm, they kept on working to get the job done. We would use them again should the need arise, and recommend them to friends who may need a good cleaning crew.

Clean Walls and Ceilings - For Business in 91761

Only 1 problem; we had spoke on the phone about doing one of two price quotes. Either clean for $800 or if he had to rent equipment, it would be $2000. I told him that because of the economy, we would go for the $800 job and see what that got. We provided a scissor lift to uses at n/c. A day or two into it I approached him to see if he needed anything and he told me he was working for the $2000. I told him that he was working for the $800 job. He said that he would stop working tomorrow. He was only about 1/4 done and I told him that he was not leaving the job unfinished. The job was changed to washing walls and dusting ceiling beams.

Haul Waste, Junk, Debris and Building Materials to the Dump in 91789

They were very professional in there service of waste removal wonderful to work with and in a timely manner. cleanup after removal was wonderful and clean. i would hightly recomend them for this work.
