This was a post construction clean-up in a three story townhouse. They arrived with about seven people, which I think was too many since there was no way they could all be supervised properly. Some of the workers had been with Courteous for some time, others were recent part-timers. Some were very diligent and competent, others less so. But on the whole the house was well cleaned, although given the mess at the beginning, I would have to say they did a good job, even if a few bits and pieces were left undone. Mr Benjamin is extremely concerned to do a good job, and did some extra trash removal which I deeply appreciated.

I needed help with an important project on last minute notice. After calling several services that couldn't accommodate my request I signed on to ServiceMagic. In today's economy I was surprised that more businesses didn't have a strategy for being able to accommodate last minute projects. The first thing that struck me about Kathy was her response; she responded immediately and was able to accommodate the business with little notice. She wanted the business and found a way to make it happen. It was evident that she has a strong business sense.

While receiving the estimate Kathy stated her commitment to making sure that she exceeded all of my expectations. She and her crew worked longer and harder that I would have expected and completely fulfilled their commitment. As they had worked later into the night and visibility inside the building was low, the next day I had noticed a few minor things that were important to me and had appeared to have been missed. That being said, I was still quite pleased with the overall work. Kathy had specifically asked for feedback and when I brought up the few minor details she had them resolved within a few hours. She exceeded all expectations and the results were spectacular.

I will do business with her again in the future and would highly recommend Simply Green Cleaning to others.
