They tried very hard but their understanding of "thorough" and my explanations were very different. I had high hopes after talking to James on the phone several times and was really looking forward to their visit. I was very disappointed at the results. The 2nd worker just wasn't experienced enough and/or properly trained to contribute enough to what needed to be done.
