As a drywaller, Francisco is excellent. He removed all our popcorn ceilings, sanded down seams and painted ceilings. However, his painters were very sloppy when it came to painting the walls/rooms. They spent half their time fixing their mistakes (that we had to keep pointing out to them). To Francisco's credit, he made sure his painters did as we asked. Francisco's motto is to ensure the customer is satisfied. He lived up to that with our project. If he hired better painters, we'd definitely give him 5 stars.

The work was done within the time and cost that was poposed. We stayed at the house while the work was being done, as we were already moved in. Raju, the owner of the company set my expectations before he started the work, as far as the mess etc. It was messy, but they cleaned it up really well before leaving. I knew we would not have a fun time, but then it really wasn't that bad. The workers were qualified and did a very good job. I asked them to come back to address a patch where the texture was not a good match. They came back the day I called and fixed it nicely. I am very pleased and expect to hire them again for painting.
