Tim is the only contractor who returned our call. He was on time for our scheduled appointment, presented himself in a very professional manner, and was very friendly. He made excellent eye contact with both parties involved in the planning of our project. (which was very noticeable & extremely important) He was an excellent listener. He projected being very honest with his perspectives and suggestions. He was extremely knowledgeable and the information that he provided to us was presented in a very concise manner. Although we have not yet decided on the date and we have not made contact with Tim since, he is still our #1 guy for the job.
