Repair or Service a Water Heater in 97219
It was Christmas Eve, and he had plans. Still, Pat came out to my house in a timely manner to repair my leaking water heater. He was quick, professional, friendly, and gave me a good deal on the cost of my repairs. I was quite impressed, and will call M5 Plumbing Services the next time I have need of a plumber!

We had another pro come to our home to fix 4 small plumbing jobs. He only repaired 1 out of 4 projects. We went back to ServiceMagic about the unfixed 3 projects, as the first pro just did no-fixes to the problems. We contacted Anspach Plumbing. Mark Law answered the call. We told him of our problems with the first pro. He told us he would come over right away and take care of it. This was on Christmas Eve morning. He came over within 1 hour, and addressed all of the problems. He also had parts and fixed everything. The toilet works great, as do faucets as washers were all replaced. He charged us a minimal amount. He's great!
