I would say he is an asset to Benjamin Franklin Plumbing and that I would use them again solely based on my experience with him.

Work done was great. However, the technician could have been better with time management. He was late first day and seemed to have a lot of cell phone calls. Had to leave to get supplies several times. The contact with the office was great. Called me within two hours to set up estimate. Very reasonable prices compared to other estimates from bigger companies.
