Ray was very honest and reasonable... very easy to work with. I ended up needing electrical help as well and he recommended an electrician who was highly qualified. My only complaint is that the electrician has been hard to get a hold of - but I can't hold that against Ray.

I received a call from them about 10 minutes after I made the request on servicemagic.com. They came, diagnosed the problem, and replaced the water heater within 24 hours. I didn't shop around, but from what I understand, the price was reasonable. The workers were very friendly and professional. Assuming I have no problems with the new water heater, I'm very happy with how things went.
