They were prompt and professional, and our individual technician was really nice and helpful, but I think their prices are significantly higher than others in the area, both for service and for units (i.e. $2000 for a 50-gal tank water heater with install, twice that for a tankless; weekend visit $150). Once our crisis passed and we had the opportunity to shop around, their quotes left a bad taste in my mouth.
