Even though we decided to postpone the kitchen remodel, we had Tom out to do some other work we needed to have done. I selected Elmi Plumbing after meeting three others recommended by Service Magic. Tom provided a very comprehensive analysis of my needs, and recommended additional elements that added value to the project. Bob did the actual installation, and did an excellent job. When he couldn't finish on the first day, he rearranged his schedule to finish up the next day.
Both Tom and Bob were pleasant and highly professional.
The job was completed within the estimated budget.

Tom was immediately responsive and replaced our VERY leaky water heater with only a few hours notice. He was professional and took great care not to make a mess anywhere along the path it took to install the new one and remove the old one. Would hire him again for any job!
