I used South Salem Plumbing for a frozen/ruptured pipe issue in December of 2009 and I couldn't be happier with the service and experience. Robin was an absoulte delight to deal with on the phone and even gave me instructions on how to turn off the water at the street without a water key. They were extremely busy with emergency situations, but they had someone out to my house in an hour! Omar was so nice and did an excellent job diagnosing and fixing the problem. I felt the parts and labor fees were extremely reasonable and it was nice to not have to pay a drive time fee. Their motto is "customers for life" and they just got another one!

We had a broken pipe under the house at a property we have at the coast. We arranged with South Salem Plumbing to meet down at the house at 11:00 in the morning. I had to drive from Portland to meet the plumber at the house. He did not arrive until 1:30 because of another job he was involved in. However, once he got to the house, he fixed the broken pipe quickly. He was very nice, potlite and helpful. I would use this plumbing service again.

Install Natural Gas, Propane or Electric Furnace / Forced Air Heating System in 97212
Jerry's initial visit was incredible especially to a person who has never even thought about furnaces or things like that! I felt well informed and more than able to make an informed decision on replacing our 25 year old furnace. Jerry was a cell phone call away for a couple of minor problems.
The installers--both of the furnace and the E-Z Breathe ventilation system-- were on-time, very professional and friendly. Our new furnace is top notch and makes us wonder why we didn't replace the old one years ago.
