He was available the very next day after I called. He called in advance and arrived when scheduled. He gave my problem his full attention even though he said that he could not fix it unless I obtained the necessary part. He gave me an estimate to install the part if I obtained it. He did this installation in a subsequent visit, which, again, was made as scheduled. He was friendly and courteous and gave me honest answers.

Great service. They were available earlier than planned and asked if we wanted them to show up early, which worked out great for us. Looked at the problem (uneven heat in various faucets) and quickly pointed out a simple problem with the pump in our water heater. He fixed it with no charge and gave us multiple options if the problem occurred again.
