We contacted Marcelo Xavier about having our floors refinished. He came the next day to appraise the situation and within 24 hours had a work-up and an estimate for us. He is professional and courteous. We could not be there for the work, so he was on his own. He e-mailed us pictures as the work progressed and called us to reassure us that all was going well. They did a great job. They were professional, organized and neat (even taking away the empty boxes). Emil followed up promptly and kept in touch. In fact, within just a few hours of submitting the request, I had a phone call from him. the only thing, after getting additional quotes, he was about $400 more. Other quotes were coming in at about $1000. He could come out sooner to get the job done and meet our deadline though.
