The owner of the company and a trainee came to our house for our appointment. The owner answered all of the questions that my wife and I had about the problem we were having with carpenter ants. That is important because my wife likes to understand what is happening to our house and asked a lot of detailed questions about the problem and what needed to be done to fix it. Mr Larsen noriced that I have recently become disabled and am not able to do any of the normal outside maintanance that I do each spring. He had his trainee open and inspect my house vents, fix one and trim some new growth away from the house at no charge. No more ants!

Bill came and took a look at the project and told me that there was no need to do anything as this was an old issue. terminix came in and advised me i should spray to be on the safe side at a cost of $250 dollars, i then went back to Bill whose advise was to save the money and chemicals as this issue was dead a long time ago.

I would thank Bill for his honesty and straight up summation of the situation.
