I did not have Pioneer come out physically to the property, but needed them to review an inspection report and give their professional opinion based on that report. They did exactly what I needed and also told me what was within the scope of their expertise and also gave me options to pursue. I may actually end up not needing them for this particular job, however, will definitely plan on using them in the future. The owner of the company and a trainee came to our house for our appointment. The owner answered all of the questions that my wife and I had about the problem we were having with carpenter ants. That is important because my wife likes to understand what is happening to our house and asked a lot of detailed questions about the problem and what needed to be done to fix it. Mr Larsen noriced that I have recently become disabled and am not able to do any of the normal outside maintanance that I do each spring. He had his trainee open and inspect my house vents, fix one and trim some new growth away from the house at no charge. No more ants!
