MY FIRST IMPRESSIONS WERE GOOD. THE COMPANY CALLED THE DAY BEFORE THE SCHEDULED INSPECTION TO REMIND AND CONFIRM THE APPOINTMENT WITH ME.
THE INPECTOR, MARK HERNANDEZ, WAS WILLING TO WORK WITH ME ON PRICING - AND GETTING HIS CREW TO PATCH AND PAINT ANY HOLES THAT WERE DRILLED IF I WANTED THEM TO. THEY ALSO CLEARED OUT OLD DEBRIS IN MY SUBAREA WHICH WAS LEFT BY OTHER CONTRACTORS. I LIKED THAT THEY ARE A FAMILY RUN BUSINESS, AND WILLING TO PROVIDE EXTRA TOUCHES TO THEIR SERVICE - WITHOUT BEING PUSHY.

He came out, looked at the areas of concern, and thought that we could wait and perhaps contact a carpenter to replace lumber that was damaged. We were happy with his diagnosis, since we have a carpenter already who'll be able to replace the affected lumber. What we especially liked was that he was not pushy or trying to convince us to have the house tented, in fact he just recomended using topical measures to control the damage done...we liked that! and he quoated a very low and resonable price too!...Yes, he is very professional!
