Perm-A-Treat offered a very competitive price and was extremely accomodating in terms of meeting my schedule deadline to get the work completed (home sale/closing was coming up soon). Since my realtor had already ordered an inspection from another company (which I explained that I had already paid for), Perm-A-Treat didn't charge me for their inspection... only for the treatment itself. All in all, great customer service.
