Good if you pay attention to what they do. This was just an outside treatment. I had to ask them to drill more holes in the stone patio to actually cover the perimeter of my house.Some of the drilled holes have sunk a little and I was given the impression that they would return to check that, esp. since it was a wet day when they came. On the plus side, they were prompt, courteous and price seemed fair.

PermaTreat offers traditional chemical-barrier treatment, as well as the more expensive Sentricon baiting system. I had a big problem with the cost of Sentricon, but I also didn't like cheaper chemical-barrier system. For the latter, in the case of my house, a large number of holes would have to be driled through masonry in order to inject gallons of poison into the soil next to my house.

PermaTreat worked very hard and eventually gave me a great price on Sentricon. Bait station placement is much more flexible and works up to 25' away from the house, so no drilling was required.
