We have been extremely happy with Bugs R Us. Mark is easy to contact and explained what his plans were as we progressed. He is very knowledgeable and worked with us through the least expensive solutions up to the final decision on what to do. We're rid of our squirrel problem although we'll have to wait till spring to find the actual access point. In every important way (ease of contact, thoroughness, follow-through) we have been very satisfied.

I called Mark after I read all the reviews. And I have to totally agree with others that Mark is a very professional and friendly person. Talking to him is simply a joy! He is very knowledge in his field and cares about his customers. After inspection, he told me how to handle the situation myself in a much cheaper way, and just charge a small fee for inspection. I will not hesitate to call him again if I have other pest problems or recommend him to my friends. Thank you, Mark!
