I've been most impressed with the follow up calls made to me regarding the removal process and the guarantee given on repairing the raccoon damage to my attic vents. I thought i had racoons, but he said it was roof rats and he was efficient in coming out but just didnt follow up. When he went out of town he even got someone to still do the job and i appreciate that.
