I called Southernway on a Thursday, and they came on Saturday. Vinnie called about 90 minutes before he came to verify the appointment. He came within the allotted time frame I was given. Even though he couldn't find the animal to remove, he was thorough in his search. He looked in the attic near the chimney, in the fireplace, and in the crawl space. He deordorized the fireplace/chimney area so the smell could disappear. It took a week to get rid of the smell, but it's gone. Vinnie installed mesh coverings over outside vents so nothing could get inside the crawl space/house. He also showed me how to use my fireplace.

Vinnie was great about calling to let me know when he would arrive and he coordinated will with other contractors that were working on our home. The squirrels are gone, hopefully I won't need VInnie again!
