We were very pleased with their efforts to eliminate animals from our attic, which is very difficult to navigate. They came out quickly to identify the problem and then again to do the actual work when we chose them, and kept us informed about what they found and what our options would be. While their price was competitive, I recommend getting multiple inspections and bids; each company noticed different things, so you'll be better informed about what has to get done and what it should cost.

They contacted me quickly, gave me a fair estimate, scheduled my work quickly to suit my schedule. They showed up on time (I had a two hour window as opposed to those groups who do the 8 am to 5 pm window!) and did the work thoroughly and quickly. Answered all my questions and I got a 1 year warranty. Took the credit card I wanted to use. What's there to complain about? Oh yes - and the squirrels are gone too!
