They were very professional, helpful, cooperative, proactive. I appreciated that they release the animals back into the wild. They came back out Monday to clear out a trap that caught the mother possum over the weekend, notwithstanding that we had discussed and scheduled a Tuesday meeting and check. I was very happy with the service.
