I called Mark after I read all the reviews. And I have to totally agree with others that Mark is a very professional and friendly person. Talking to him is simply a joy! He is very knowledge in his field and cares about his customers. After inspection, he told me how to handle the situation myself in a much cheaper way, and just charge a small fee for inspection. I will not hesitate to call him again if I have other pest problems or recommend him to my friends. Thank you, Mark!
