Everyone I've dealt with at Pacific has been friendly and normal, not "just trying to sell"... they are polite, prompt, and really interested in getting to the bottom of our rodent problem... Our tech, Morgan, is someone I have no problem letting into my home- carefully putting on shoe covers and aware of whether he's tracking debris out of our crawl space. So far, our experience has been only positive- and our rodent problems are rapidly dwindling. Finally. :)
